The wing-envy comes through strong, but not as strong as his desire for Starscream's approval, which the alien alt can give him. It's just awesome on wings. Also, is the stuff inside Starscream's cockpit dead-human? Because that just makes TC's musings about terrible alien weapons hilarious. (I remember the guy Starscream killed with an unpressurized cockpit. He was a dick.)
