Skywarp's hard because he's on one level supposedly stupid, but on the other, he can't have NOTHING going on upstairs if he's able to warp. I read some fanon discussion a while back (I think it was Swordage, but don't hold me to it) about how Skywarp diverted so much 'brainpower' to warping that he just didn't notice a lot of other things,..which looks on the outside kind of the same as stupid. I dig that idea.
Mostly because I'm pretty damn clueless myself sometimes.
