That miiiiight have been me in Aeos? Except I don't think Aeos is your cuppa tea, but there was a big long subthread on the chapter where Skywarp showed up talking about his characterization. (I had him with multiprocessors like mad because he's got to have the quantum mechanics skillz to calculate teleportation vectors in sub-second intervals, so if you want to shorten the time pipeline you've got to broaden the bandwidth per burst, so getting all those multiprocessor pipelines to line up one at a time and take a number before getting communicated makes him come across like a total ditz because he's thinking on a dozen channels at once and he's got no built-in prioritization on which of them makes it to his mouth first? might that have been the same conversation?)
