*sniff* This made me so teary. I've read your others and some of them made me sad, but this one hit hard. Loved it though - the way Perceptor's struggling through, the sudden flash of realization that Verity is there and could use somebody to check on her, too... yeah, lots of lovely ouch.
Despite all the sad, I really enjoyed reading it. ^_^ Thank you for sharing!!!
